Pool
With plenty of lounge chairs and tasty treats from the Snack Shack, the pool area is a popular gathering spot. We have a salt pool rather than a chlorinated pool, so no itchy skin or green hair!
The fully heated pool has a net for those spontaneous volleyball games, and there are plenty of inflatable toys for kids of all ages. The attached covered deck offers striking views of the lake.
Tennis and Basketball Courts
Bring your racket and enjoy a game of tennis or basketball.
Volleyball Court
No nudist resort is complete without a sand volleyball court! Cherokee’s is located against a spectacular backdrop of towering poplar trees.
Jacuzzi
Our heated indoor jacuzzi is a soothing getaway and a perfect place to congregate on those cool mountain nights. The windows come out in the summer so that guests can enjoy the evening breeze.
Pavilion
Constructed for the 2003 AANR National Convention, our covered pavilion includes table seating for over 100 guests. Perfect for your next clothing-optional function!
On warm summer nights, we pull aside the tables and our resident DJ provides music for dances.
Game Room
Our game room includes a pool table and dart board, along with a ping pong table beneath the covered porch.
Kids' Playground
The kids can stay busy building sand castles in our play area, conveniently located between the pool and volleyball court! There's also a swing set!
Trails
Cherokee Lodge is Tennessee’s largest nudist resort, with nearly 300 acres of pristine mountain land and 9 miles of trails. There are plenty of opportunities for socializing, but ample room for solitude. Our walking and biking trails wind through the forest, across streams and around our serene lake.
Church
Cherokee has its own non-denominational church and meditation garden, located at the end of a quiet nature trail.
