CODE OF CONDUCT The
Codes of Behavior expected at Cherokee Lodge Resort are derived of common
sense, courtesy, and individual respect with maximum community safety in
mind. These guidelines are in
essence a list of the good manners practiced in most pleasant social
situations. PERSONAL Towels must be used when
sitting. Bring your own! Overt sexual behavior (dirty
dancing, lap dancing) is inappropriate and will not be tolerated. This will be grounds for immediate
expulsion from the grounds. Body piercing must be in
good taste. Bedroom attire is NOT
permitted on the grounds or at dances. Intoxication, physical
violence, use and/or distribution of drugs, display of firearms, or public
sexual and/or sexual solicitation activities are cause for immediate expulsion
from the grounds. We are a family-oriented
resort. Remember that our children
see and hear everything. Please act
accordingly. NO ONE UNDER 18 IS ALLOWED
AT DANCES. No outside beer or wine
coolers are allowed at dances. Alcoholic beverages
in glass bottles must be kept in your room. Alcoholic beverages must be in plastic
at dances. If anyone makes you
uncomfortable, please inform a staff member immediately! (We cannot fix a problem if we are
unaware there is a problem!) COMMUNITY Fires in designated fire
pits only!!! Quiet time is: Friday & Saturday 12 am to 6 am
Sunday through Thursday 11 pm to 6 am No glass on the
grounds. This is for the safety of
all. The privacy of our guests is
important. No cameras, camera phones, or camcorders
are allowed unless approved by management – and a member of management
must be present when photos are being taken, except in the privacy of your own
room or cabin! Please park in designated
areas only. Be considerate,
do not block other guest’s vehicles. Parents are responsible for
the behavior of their children.
Children should NOT be unsupervised at any time! Please do not allow your children to
annoy other guests. We want your
children to enjoy themselves, but please be considerate. Your children must NOT be allowed to
destroy the grounds of Cherokee or the property belonging to others. Parents please understand: FAILURE TO FOLLOW THESE GUIDELINES WILL
RESULT IN YOUR FAMILY BEING ASKED TO LEAVE OUR RESORT. Small pets are permitted
under the following conditions: They
must be leashed and must not use the common areas. Pets
are not allowed in the hot tub or pool areas. Pets
are not allowed in Lodge Rooms. Pets
must be kept quiet so as not to disturb our other guests. Owners
must clean up after pets. Pets
should not be brushed or bathed in shower areas. This results in
clogged drains and unsightly conditions. Please do not wash your
vehicles (car/truck/RV/camper) while on Cherokee grounds. Construction or repairs,
with the exception of emergency repairs, must be limited to Monday through
Thursday to eliminate excessive noise on the weekends. We reserve the right to
refuse admittance or to remove from the grounds anyone whose presence we feel
is not in the best interests of Cherokee Lodge, our guests, TNS (The Naturist Society), or Any violation of the above
rules will result in forfeiture of membership and/or expulsion from Cherokee
Lodge Resort grounds. Fees will not
be refunded! EFFECTIVE APRIL 1, 2006Members and guests will not be allowed to bring their own beer to the dances. Cherokee Lodge sells beer, and it hurts the club when someone does not support it by buying the beer that is always available. PLEASE REMEMBER, CHEROKEE
LODGE RESORT IS A NUDIST RESORT—PLEASE REMOVE YOUR CLOTHING BEFORE USING
OUR POOL OR HOT TUB. |
