 It does not apply to units which are a primary residence.

Prime sites, which are poolside, lakefront, or those sites containing a large deck are available at the rate of $2,300 per year if paid in a lump sum or $2,400 per year if paid by the month ($200 per month) plus membership and electricity.

General Payment Terms:

1. All leases are for a one year term. (Cherokee Lodge and resort is open all year. some amenities will not be available during the winter months.)
2. There are two payment options available:
       A.  Lump sum payment:  $1,700   This amount covers your site rental. FULL Cherokee membership and electricity is additional.
       B. If paid monthly payment: $150 per month for site.  This amount covers your site rental only. FULL Cherokee membership is required   Payments must be received no later than the 10th day of each month, or a late fee will be added.
3. Owners will be billed separately for monthly electric usage
4. Owners will be responsible for winterization of their unit.
5. Owners must be full members of Cherokee Lodge and Resort in good standing.
6. Units may not be primary residence!!!!!
